HOOKED sin fangstapp ble aldri noen stor hit hos meg, men denne virker bedre.

Du kan registrere fangster, både historiske og på stedet. De fleste data om fangsten registreres enkelt, slik som vekt, lengde, sted, redskap og forhold. Du kan enkelt velge om stedet skal være offentlig, dvs om andre brukere av appen skal kunne se stedet.

Den har også en morsom "Livefunksjon", hvor dine venner kan følge fisketuren din mens den skjer. Jeg sitter på Tyrifjorden og tester denne funksjonen akkurat nå, og den fungerer bra. Skal jeg VIRKELIG være pirkete, burde det vært en mulighet for å streame film fra turen samtidig, og mulighet for å linke appen med elektronikken ombord slik at følgerne kan se hva jeg ser på ekkoloddskjermen. Sistnevnte kan ikke være så veldig vanskelig å få til, siden flere av de litt avanserte systemene begynner å få WiFi eller Bluetooth med tilhørende apper.
